Instrumenting business critical branch applications to provide real user experience monitoring and quick fault domain isolation across the various application tiers. Managing the IBM ITCAM Synthetic Monitoring infrastructure, I was also tasked with migrating event logic from IBM Omnibus to BMC BPPM.
